Open waveform files albo wcisnąć skrót klawiszowy Ctrl + O. Jeżeli chcemy dodać rejestrację do wcześniej wczytanych, należy z menu wybrać FileAdd waveform files albo wcisnąć skrót klawiszowy Ctrl + A. Pojawia się wtedy okno dialogowe do wczytywania plików (Rys. 1). Po wskazaniu pliku i naciśnięciu Otwórz plik zostanie wczytany i sejsmogram pojawi się w oknie głównym. Przy wczytywaniu można zaznaczyć więcej niż jeden plik i wszystkie zostaną wczytane lub dodane.
Podczas wczytywania plików kasowanie jest istniejące opracowanie. Można dołączyć opcję badania, czy w bazie danych są opracowania dla wczytanego odcinka czasowego (patrz Operacje na bazach danych z opracowaniami), i wczytywanie istniejącego. Operacja ta nie jest wykonywania przy dodawaniu plików, dlatego można ją wykorzystać do wczytywania plików bez kasowania opracowania.
The module allows you to load seismic records from files. Loading seismic files is performed by specifying the name of the file or files to be loaded. For this purpose, to load a new file, select FileOpen waveform files from the menu or press the Ctrl + O keyboard shortcut. If you want to add a registration to the previously loaded files, select FileAdd waveform file from the menu or press the Ctrl + A keyboard shortcut. Then a dialog box for uploading files appears (Fig. 1). After selecting the file and pressing Open, the file will be loaded and the seismogram will appear in the main window. When loading, more than one file can be selected and all will be loaded or added.
When loading files, the existing elaboration is deleted. You can add the option of checking whether there are studies in the database for the loaded time period (see Operations on databases with studies), and loading the existing one. This operation is not performed when adding files, so it can be used to load files without deleting the elaboration.
The module for reading seismic recordings from files searches for all modules of seismic formats and enables reading seismic recordings from files in all these formats. In the File type position, the seismic file type is selected. Choosing the right type makes it easier to find the file you are looking for, as long as its name is consistent with the naming convention. Otherwise, it is better to select All files (*.*). However, the program may then have trouble recognizing what type of seismic file it is. Then it gives a message that it cannot fit the file format to the file (Fig. 2).
