Data Managment Tool Applications are distinguished from Data Processing Applications because they perform relatively simple data transformations, resulting to data as well. On the contrary, Data Processing Applications perform specific analyses and methods, utilizing data in order to produce more sophisticated results, not just simple data elaboration/transformation.
