  1. Please create a ticket in the helpdesk: https://helpdesk.plgrid.pl/ titled "Data delivery of physical disks" in the "Computing resources and storage" category. The ticket should include the following:
    1. your Name, Surname, and login
    2. Type of data medium: platter drive or SSD, interface: USB, SATA, SAS, is it a Pendrive?
    3. How will the disk be delivered? Possible options: disk will be delivered to the reception, by mail or courier delivery.
    4. Destination computer and location in the file system
  2. Please find the ticket template at the bottom of the page.
  3. Each disk (or set of disks) delivery should result in a separate ticket.
  4. The drive(s) should be delivered to ACC Cyfronet AGH-UST, ul. Nawojki 11, 30-065, HPC Department or mailed to the mentioned address. If a name is required, please provide "Maciej Pawlik".
    1. If a disk is being sent by mail, ensure the package is sufficiently secured, and the drive is safe.
    2. The drive(s) should have a label with the user's login and ticket number, so it is possible to determine the owner of the data.
  5. The reception of the disk will be acknowledged in the ticket, and a predicted date for completing the transfer will be provided.
  6. The ticket will be updated after the transfer is complete, and the disk(s) will be available for pickup at reception. ACC Cyfronet does not send disks.
  7. We will do our best to ensure that the data transfer runs as smoothly and quickly as possible.

ACK Cyfronet AGH is not responsible for the condition of the delivered media, nor is it responsible for the data on them. We will do our best to ensure that the copied data is consistent with the data provided. Still, due to possible errors in the functioning of the media, we encourage you to verify the correctness of the data yourself.
