All set and calculated parameters of seismic waves and event sources can be changed in the elaboration window (Fig. 1). For each event, in a tree structure, the following are displayed, if specified: Picks, Amplitudes, Stations Magnitudes, Magnitudes, Origins, Focal mechanisms. Each item is expanded into a tree structure. Most items can be edited, deleted, etc. by right-clicking on them.

Not all items are modified. In order to modify, right-click on the selected object and select the modification action from the drop-down menu.

Due to the complicated structure of QuakeML (see QuakeML documentation), editing or removing components of an elaboration requires thorough knowledge of the dependencies in the structure and should only be performed eventually. In standard data processing, specialized modules of SWIP5 should be used.
