Work group management is in "Zespoly" menu.
Workgroups are managed in "Zespoły" menu.
The menu consists of a table containing the list of user's teams and a button allowing to create a new team ("Utwórz nowy zespół").
There is also a possibility to join already existing There is a table contains the list of User's teams and option to create another one (Utworz nowy zespol). There is a possibility to join to already existed teams. User can search for team by them in the "Wyszukaj zespolzespół" tab and apply for accessmembership.
To create Work group a workgroup fill the fields with the following information:.
Workgroup ID zespołu/Team’s ID: starting ("ID zespołu"): it has to start with "plgg" : and contain maximum of 12 signscharacters
Workgroup purpose ("Cel istnienia zespołu/Team’s goals/purpose - ") - short description of planning research planned
Workgroup Type ("Typ zespołu
/ Type of team") - 2 types available:
Teams' description: information useful for Users who may be searching for work team.
Public workgroup description ("Publiczny opis zespołu") - information useful to users searching the workgroup.
Use the button "Dodaj kolejne osoby” to By option: "Dodaj kolejne osoby” User can add new members to the team. It is a pop up with search where you can find and add new person to your teamAfter clicking the button you will see a popup with user search. You can add users to your workgroup using the "Wyślij" button.
After collect picking the team , User should give them roles:members you can grant some of them a leader role.
The roles in workgroups are as follows.
Workgroup leader ("Kierownik zespołu"): a person allowed to edit team information, grant or remove membership and manage group's grants (apply, negotiate, agree to, report). A workgroup must have at least one leader. Workgroup creator receives the leader role automaticallyTeam’s supervisor (Kierownik zespołu): team’s creator gets this role obligatory. This role allows to manage teams' parameters. Team required at least one supervisor.

If User user has less than 10 work groups, action is automatically confirmed10 workgroups or less they can create new teams without restrictions. If User user has more then 10 work groups, each new required confirmation by Operation stuff. |

Everyone Every User can apply to join public teams.
In "Znajdź zespół " menu is a search browser where. User can find team using following filters:
The search is a full text type. User should fill the fraise and click "Szukaj" button.

Every workgroup member can apply for a leader role. The procedure of applying for team leadership role is similar to applying for membership (link "Aplikuj o rolę kierownika"); the role is granted by a workgroup leader.
User can also leave a workgroup by using the link "Opuść zespół".
Teams can be found in "Wyszukaj zespół" menu using a team browser. You can search for teams by the following fields:
Type full or part of the selected field in the search field and click the button "Szukaj".
After finding the team you are interested in click the link "Aplikuj o przyjecie do zespolu" (Apply

for membership).
Membership applications are verified by the workgroup leader. The leader receives Team manager decides about permission for new member's access. Team manager gets an e-mail with information notification about a new candidate and can see the a notification at at the Portalportal.
User can monitory an application monitor their applications in "Zespoly" menu where is an overviev overwiev for all requests can be found. If the application is approved, User gains possibility to preview parameters of the team. To see team's details User must click on the user can view all team details and use team's namegrants.
Every team member can apply for team's management role. Procedure of applying for team's management role is similar to applying for membership; it's up to team's manager if User gets the role or not.
